Constant Worry

When worry about a number of events occurs more days than not for 6 months or more, this may anxiety. Anxiety often cause physical symptoms such as muscle tension, sleep problems, becoming easily fatigued. Individuals experiencing panic often feel as though they are having a heart attack, is a good idea to have a medical evaluation to be sure.

Adjustment or Change 

Including situations involving trauma and abuse often cause emotional and physical symptoms such as the feeling of being "on guard" at all times, intrusive images, sensitivity to light and sounds, exaggerated emotional startle response, nightmares, abrupt mood swings, shame, sleep difficulty, and reduced ability to deal with stress.

These symptoms may lead to panic attacks, a feeling of being spaced out, avoidance , self mutilation and addictive behaviors, and an inability to love nurture or bond with other. 

Symptoms may not show up until years after a traumatic event.

Left untreated, individuals may develop diminished emotional response, chronic fatigue,

immune system problems, migraines or neck and back problems, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, digestive problems, or depression.

Clinical Hypnosis - This process allows an individual to separate emotion from cognitive processing, to rationally evaluate issues. You will remain fully aware and fully capable, as you experience a tranquil sense of well being.

Brain Based therapies, such as mindfulness, guided imagery, neurogenesis. Using a blend of biological information and simple techniques, you will discover the power your brain has to promote physical and emotional healing.
